Characteristic of a good leader    The leadership position is the most delicate and conspicuous position. That is why leaders in all levels must consider these essential elements that qualified one to be a leader. First who is a leader?  Somebody may answer that a leader is a person who leads a group of people. That is correct, but the definition of a leader is more than that. *. A leader is like a shepherd, whose primary duty is to care, provides and protect his flocks. A good leader does the same to his subjects. *. A leader is like a watch man over a city, whose duty is to watch and alert the people in the time of danger. Every

A visionary leader does the same.

*. A leader is God’s ambassador, representative or servant. Who was Divinely appointed to restrain evil by punishing the wrongdoers and to protect the good in the society.

As God’s ambassador or servant he must not be a self-centered individual, nor callous, greedy of filthy lucre nor discriminative. Every leader should know that God is the Leader of all leaders.

King Nebuchadnezzer the first world emperor (605-539 B.C) after his graduation in the school of God which he under-went for seven years, has this massage for all leaders ‘‘I Nebuchadnezzer lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me and I blessed the Most High, and I praised and honored him that lives for-ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom from generation to generation’’.

But at the first he did not know that the Most High rules even in the kingdom of men and that He gives the kingdom or leadership to anyone as He wishes. Just as Daniel told him.

Any one in leadership position should not see it as an opportunity to make money by embezzlement, but as an opportunity to work or serve in God’s vineyard. Every leader is accountable to God for the services he or she rendered in his her tenure.

Our duties as their subject is not to insult or criticize our leaders, but to support and pray for them so that they can do better.

WHAT I KNOW ABOUT JESUS AND MY COMMENTS

My knowledge about Jesus is not only a head-knowledge, theoretical, nor movie-stars knowledge about Jesus. Some actor or actress, (not all) for the purpose of fantastic presentation & entertainment, they went into deep study about Jesus. They only acquired a head-knowledge about Jesus. I invite every body to come to the experiential knowledge of Jesus just is I do.

  My knowledge about Jesus is both  experiential and Biblical.

 1,  I know Jesus as the Creator: In the Bible Colossians 1: 16 Reads For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him. And in John 1: 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made

, The Holy scripture say all things not some or few but all things were created by Him and without Him all things in existence, Heaven, Earth, angels and human being would not exist.

2,  I know Jesus Christ as God Who came in human form for the salvation of mankind: 1n John 1:1 The Bible said In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. In  1Timothy 3:16 it reads And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory And Isaiah 9: 6 reads For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. All these great prophets in the Holy Scripture attested to fact that Jesus is God. God means Elohim in the Hebrew word, meaning

 the ‘STRONG ONE, THE MIGHTY, OMNIPOTENT.

      God is Self-Existent Being: The Being whose purpose and action spring from Himself without foreign motive or influence He who is absolute in dominion. God has no beginning nor an end and He was not created. Jesus is God He has no beginning nor end He was not created by any being, But through Him all things was created. He remains God forever Amen.

 

3,  I know Jesus as the Son of God:  Some people has disputed this Biblical truth to the detriment of their soul. In the Holy Scripture Book of Matthew 3:17 says And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased In the same Matthew 17:5 says While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him In 16:16 of Matthew And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God In John 3:16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

   If  we can believe the scientists who through their discoveries told us that the Earth is round and that there are other planets in our solar-system like Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn. Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. We were also told that Abraham Lincoln is the 16^th U.S President and that Thomas Edison was the fist to invent light bulb. If we can believe the scientist’s discovery, though we did not see it literally how can we find it difficult to believe the testimony God gave concerning His Son Jesus. God cannot make mistake or lie. The testimony He gave concerning Jesus His Son was true and sure. Moreover one of the major reason Jesus is called the son of God was the mystery associated with His birth. His birth was purely Divine no human intervention or involvement. We all were from the Earth-beneath, only Him was from Heaven above.

4,  I know Jesus as the Prince of Peace: Many people in the Bible days, Church History and contemporary time who were ones mischievous and injurious before they had encounter with the Savior, somebody like Saul who latter became Paul, Matthew one of the chief sinner Mary Magdalene out of whom went out seven devils even the thief who was crucify along with Jesus on the cross Jesus saved him when he repented from his sins in the Church History, Jesus save John Wesley, Adam Clarke, John Bunyan etc. Their lives became peaceful. If you claim to be a Christian or religious man or woman but you are still mischievous and an injurious person, all you claim is false and fake. One of the characteristics of a Christian is love, peace and unity.

5, I know Jesus as the Savior: This name Jesus is from Greek word meaning Savior The Holy Bible says in Matthew 1:21  And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins In 2Corinthiancs 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new Jesus saves from sin, Satan and consequence of sin (Hell fire) He saved Many people in the Bible days, Church History and contemporary time people like  Saul who latter became Paul, Matthew one of the chief sinner Mary Magdalene out of whom went out seven devils even the thief who was crucify along with Jesus on the cross Jesus saved him when he repented from his sins. Inthe Church History Jesus save John Wesley, Adam Clarke, John Bunyan etc. This same Jesus who saved people in the Bible days, Church History and contemporary time can save you if you can repent from your bad ways of living and turn to Jesus by Faith He will save you.

6,  I know Jesus as the only Mediator between man and God:  In 1Timothy 2:5 says For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. A mediator is somebody that go-between in attempt to end a dispute it also signifies literally a middle person, one whose office is to reconcile two parties at enmity, a peace-maker. God was offended with the crimes of men, the sin of our first parent (Adam and Eve) disseminated, to restore mankind to His peace and Himself Jesus Christ was incarnated (God in human flesh).

  In Holy Scripture The book of Isaiah 7:14 says Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel and book of Matthew 1:23 says Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. There is no other mediator under heaven only Jesus. Is only through Him we can be reconciled with God. In John Wesley note reads ‘‘There is one God-And they who have not him, through the one Mediator, have no God’’.

7,  I know Jesus as our propitiation: The word propitiation signifies to appease, pacify. Jesus died on the cross of Calvary as a sacrifice for the sins of the whole world. For those who believe on Jesus’ sacrificial death on the cross are saved and were commanded not to continue sinning because sin is of the devil. But if by mistake or ignorance we do any thing wrong against God’s Law, because of Jesus sacrifice on the cross and His intercession, God is pacified, when we pray for pardon.

     One of the major reason God has not wipe off the whole world, because of the wickedness that has marinated the world, as He did to the Noah’s generation when the thoughts and every imagination of men was evil continually, just as it is today. And Sodom and Gomorrah Where   homosexuality and lesbianism, were legalized as it is today. God has to burn them to ashes, because there was no propitiation then. But that does not mean God will not judge sinners of this present day if they refuse to

repent.

8,  I know Jesus as the head of the Church: The live, Spirit and power with which the Church operates is of Jesus. Any Church or individual member of that local Church who did not found his base on the live, Spirit and power of Jesus is not part of  Jesus Christ’s Church,  but synagogue of Satan.

9,  I know Jesus as the King of all kings and Lord of all lords President of all presidents: Through Jesus all the past and present kings, lords and presidents were created. In the Holy Scripture the book of Revelation 19:16 says And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS

Jesus is the soon-coming King, He will reign forever. His kingdom is everlasting , every other camp and kingdom will pass away with time, but Jesus’  family and Kingdom continues forever. I invite you come to this indestructible Kingdom.

10,  I know Jesus as the Judge of the whole world: Holy Bible says in the Acts 17:31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead. And Revelation  20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them

   This will be the last judgment that will user all the impenitent sinners that has been sinning with impunity to everlasting punishment Revelation 21:8 says But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. All those who refused the offer of salvation and rejected Jesus as Savior must encounter Him as their Judge.

11,  I know Jesus as the Light and Glory in the new Jerusalem (Heaven): In the new heaven the will be no sun nor moon light but Jesus will be the Light and Glory that radiates forever. Revelation 21:23 says And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb (Jesus Christ) is the light thereof, Verse 18 And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass. You can live in this Kingdom for eternity, if  you would come to the King of the Kingdom in true repentance and faith.
